Seclusion Bay is a planned community of 115 homes located in the Southport area of Anchorage, Alaska. First opened in 2002, the final homes in Phase 2 where completed in 2005.
This website is maintained by the Seclusion Bay Homeowners Association in order to assist current homeowners with community matters and to inform prospective homeowners about the unique character of Seclusion Bay and Southport.
